## Find Me Experts works with client organisations to help solve their toughest programme and project resourcing challenges. It's the simple, curated way to find the consulting or contractor expertise you need, when you need it.

## Who we help

Our clients are as varied as the challenges they face. We don't define our business in terms of specific sectors, rather we focus on Strategy, Business Change and Business Transformation projects. What our clients have in common is that they don't have enough of the expertise they need to get the job done.

They may be large corporates that have their expert staff deployed elsewhere on other work, or SMEs that only need the expertise for a specific project. 

Our experts have experience working in private and public sector organisations, as well as with not-for-profits and charities. Engagements can be full-time or part-time and run from a few days of advisory work through to ongoing support to multi-month programmes.

## How we work

We believe that engaging the right expertise for your project or challenge should be a fuss-free process. As a client we'll help you:

- Simply and quickly **define your scope of work**, drawing on consulting best practices and methods.
- **Access our extensive network** of independent consultants and contractors to find experts that could deliver your work.
- Review a working short-list, **interview and select** your preferred provider(s), complete contracts directly with them, and agree a start date.

Your contract with Find Me Experts is an Introducer Agreement, charging a simple, transparent fee for the work to find your expert.

Experts are available across multiple disciplines including **Strategy, Digital, Business Transformation, Business Change** and **Customer Experience**.
